Astrologer.Click is an aggregator platform for house hold services and enables the connection between individuals seeking to obtain services (“Astrologer.Click Customer”) and/or individuals seeking to provide services (“Astrologer.Click Service Provider”). Astrologer.Click Customer and Astrologer.Click Service Provider together are hereinafter referred to as “Users” and individually as “User”. Those certain services requested by the Astrologer.Click Customer, which are to be completed by the Astrologer.Click Service Provider, are hereinafter referred to as “Services”.
These terms and conditions regulate the use of Astrologer.Click Wallet issued Gift Card (hereinafter referred to as Astrologer.Click/Platfrom Gift Cards, Cashback, Rewards, Bonus etc offered by Aadye VedTech LLP for its Platfrom's Wallet use).

Astrologer.Click from time to time can provide incentives in the form a Astrologer.Click Reward to users who can redeem it as they see fit.
By agreeing to use Astrologer.Click, a user of Astrologer.Click services agrees to the below terms and conditions:
Rewards(Cashback) Limit
If you are entitled for cashback, you agree to receiving the same as a gift voucher.
The gift vouchers will be valid for 1 year and is subject to a maximum limit of Rs.1,000 per gift voucher. Astrologer.Click reserves the right to extend the validity period of your vouchers at its discretion.
Astrologer.Click reserves the right to impose additional amount limits within the overall applicable limit.
Astrologer.Click reserves the right to award offers and related benefits as per internal policy decided by Astrologer.Click from time to time.
What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my Transaction?
In case of any cancellations, the cashback given on the transaction will continue to remain as gift voucher balance and non-withdrawable to your bank account. This can continue to be used on Astrologer.Click (recharges, bill payments, etc.)
Refunded amount less of cashback will be credited back to the source of funds used while making payment.
Cashback gift voucher can be used for recharges, bill payments and payments on Astrologer.Click partner platforms/stores.
Cashback gift voucher cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other customers.
A user can earn up to maximum INR 999 per financial year (i.e. 1 April to 31 March) across all offers disbursed on Astrologer.Click

• Cannot be Combined/Clubbed with any other Offer.
• On any/all Refund/Partial Refund, Cashback will not be Refunded; complete cashback amount will be deduced first from wallet then Refund amount will be calculated, all deductions are apart from applicable Refund Fee. In Exceptional Refund cases only, although not our Policy.

Changes to this Agreement and the Service
Astrologer.Click reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add to, supplement or delete any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the Privacy Policy and FAQs) at any time, effective with or without prior notice. If any future changes to this Agreement are unacceptable to you or cause you to no longer be in compliance with this Agreement, you must terminate, and immediately stop using, the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any revision to this Agreement constitutes your complete and irrevocable acceptance of any and all such changes. Astrologer.Click may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. Astrologer.Click may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.
I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOREGOING TERMS OF USE AND THE ASTROLOGER.CLICK PRIVACY POLICY AND AGREE THAT MY USE OF THE SERVICE IS AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF MY AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
